Our Attorneys 

Adrian Lynn

Founding Partner at Lynn Law Group

Adrian Lynn is a native Hoosier and the founding partner of Lynn Law Group. He graduated valedictorian from the University of South Florida, earning dual B.A. degrees in economics and political science, before receiving his J.D. from the University of Florida. He later completed an LL.M. in International Tax at the University of Leiden in the Netherlands.

With over 25 years of bankruptcy experience, Adrian has been involved in thousands of Bankruptcy cases and is widely respected in the legal community for his knowledge and skill. He has also recovered millions of dollars for his personal injury clients, bringing the same dedication and precision to every case. Adrian has been recognized as a Super Lawyer since 2019 and is a former president of the Southwest Florida Bankruptcy Professionals Association.

Adrian’s practice is deeply client-centered, with a focus on guiding individuals and families through financial and legal challenges with compassion and clarity. He remains an active member of the local bankruptcy community and is licensed in both Florida and Indiana. Adrian lives in Fort Myers with his wife and their three children.

Veronica Batt

Veronica Batt brings a global perspective and over a decade of courtroom experience to her bankruptcy and consumer protection practice. She began her legal studies in Italy, completing the first degree cycle in law, before returning to the United States to earn her J.D. from Ave Maria School of Law in Naples, Florida.

Veronica served as a trial attorney in the Public Defender’s Office for nearly ten years, where she gained extensive experience handling numerous jury and bench trials, as well as motion practice and courtroom advocacy. Today, she focuses her practice on consumer protection matters, such as automatic stay violations, as well as Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases.   She also handles and consults on Baker Act–related cases.  She is a member of the United State Supreme Court Bar.

Veronica speaks Italian, Spanish, and French.

Outside the office, Veronica is a runner, intermittent faster, dedicated biohacker, and mother of three. She approaches her practice with the same energy and discipline, providing compassionate, client-centered representation to guide clients through some of the most difficult times.

André Gibson

Mr. Gibson graduated from Northland College as the most outstanding student in the Business & Economics department, majoring in Finance and Organizational Management. He is also a University of Florida College of Law graduate in the University of Leiden's LL.M. program. Mr. Gibson focuses on the following practice areas: all aspects of IRS adversarial cases, tax planning, IRS representation, audits, transfer pricing, and 1031 exchanges. Mr. Gibson is licensed to practice law in Florida and Wisconsin.

Christopher G. O'Brien

Mr. O'Brien concentrates his practice on criminal defense matters. He assists us in such matters and is a University of Florida College of Law graduate.
